Success Stories

Painting is a process of seeing beyond assumption, connecting to what is reflected, and uncovering the beauty of the moment with self-compassion, wherein gifts of presence will naturally emerge.

Below, each story reflects one of the many small, steady shifts possible through The Paint Practice TM   Participants use mindful painting practices to clear mental chaos, recalibrate to joy, help soften anxiety, and reconnect with their own beauty.

Note: Results vary—and that’s the point. Painting can become your weekly or monthly practice of meeting yourself with curiosity and compassion in a variety of ways. You might even make it a daily practice.
